Look, if im being honest this hotel is good and all but the guy that works at 1-2am or whatever has a bad attitude. It’s almost as if he hates his job or something i don’t get it. Every time you ask him for something he always is huffing and puffing and just acts like he hates people. Other than that it’s a pretty fair hotel for its price.

Perfect place to go if you wanna get kidnapped. Dirty rooms, torn up furniture, nasty stains, no fitted sheet on the beds. Loitering on the entire property. People live in this hotel. We heard a man seeming to beat his dog in their room, as well as hearing another man verbally abusing someone in another. Poor lighting in hallways as well as NO cameras. As 2 young women we were petrified by the horror this hotel was. The elavator sounded terrifying and almost went up while the door was open, though how could we take the stairs with the fear of being trafficked. Nothing about this hotel is family friendly.

Had a great stay at comfort inn westport, james at the front desk helped me and my partner get a great deal for the night. 10/10 deserves a promotion and raise cause he knows his job, and was also very friendly and cool. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked good. Free breakfast, pool, and pretty good location with lots of gas stations and convience stores nearby. Would stay again.

We drove 10 hours and chose this hotel because of its relative closeness to the National Archives. Unfortunately, upon check in there was mold all over our room, including behind the wallpaper. This was causing the wallpaper to bubble and peel. There were also some very suspicious red stains all over the carpet. The curtains were also disgusting. We could never figure out how to get the hot water to work either. Also the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel very very unsafe. We were highly disappointed and ended up checking out a day early. Staff did very little to help us. They refunded us for the night we didn’t stay (originally was supposed to stay for 2 nights). However, they didn’t offer to refund any of the amount that we spent for the horrible experience. My family and I have traveled a lot and Comfort Inn is usually pretty reliable but this has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.

Only four luggage carts for customers in the entire complex. Limited pool times. Tiny elevators.

I was just at this hotel from 7/9 they 7/13. I am pleased with the stay and the location was perfect for the areas we had to visit. Just a little perturbed by the guest service person upon our check out. I asked for a baggage cart to assist with our luggage and cooler upon check out and it was as if his cell phone was more important or like I should not bother him to ask about luggage carts. Granted our check out was at 1:30 AM because we had 15 hours of driving ahead of us but customer service should be 24 /7 days a week in the service industry. Buyer be aware, you may be treated differently depending on the time you need assistance.

I’m a globally well traveled US Marine since boot camp at MCRD San Diego..1985…( complements of the United States Marine Corps ). I’ve had the privilege of staying globally in some luxury …some mid grade …and some real dives. This Days Inn located at 2810 North 9th Street, St. Louis, Mo…is in what is perceived as a rough part of town …with what seems as consistent bad reviews on various subjects pertaining to the motel. I didn’t see or experience any issues at all during my single overnight stay. The reason this hotel charges $100 deposit on the room is the area it’s in and the perceived client base. I was warmly greeted by both the security guard and the very professional and pleasant lady behind the counter window. I was not in my uniform this evening when I checked in… ( Levi blue jeans…Belleville 550 ST USMC issued boots and my favorite In-N-Out Burger T-Shirt ). They had no idea I carried 3 silver stars on my USMC uniforms lapel…until the following morning when I checked out of the hotel. I was treated with absolute respect while dining on the continental style breakfast they serve.
I love it when I get to visit St.Louis and the Arch, plus the tasty BBQ shops all around here. On a global level…when you hold yourself with a certain demeanor and personal presence …fellow human beings treat you kindly and with respect. So in my opinion… the negative reviews at this Days Inn are frankly bullshit. Lieutenant General Bryan Maxwell. USMC ( Now finally Retired )..🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

When we first arrived we thought GPS had taken us to the wrong location. This hotel is in the middle of an industrial area and the neighboring houses are in pretty bad shape. But we were in the right spot. As we got checked in there were some rough characters in the parking lot. We rode an elevator that smelled like weed up to our room. The room itself wasn't too bad for what we needed, just somewhere to sleep and shower. The shower had full water pressure and the bed was decent. The pool wasn't open and the breakfast was not good unless you want waffles every morning. No yogurt, no fresh fruit, no protein. Nights were rough since other people like to argue at 2am. I feel like this is a work in progress place, but would not come back again.

This used to be a nice hotel, but it is now quite run down. It has an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was a disappointment- not even waffles or yoghurt let alone eggs and sausage. Just cereal and stale bagels. There was no orange juice in the dispenser. One of the exterior doors is help open with a rock because the lock doesn’t open with the key card. Disappointing pool hours so my kids couldn’t go swimming with our schedule.

It was good, I didn't love the location at first but then realized we could move quite easily towards downtown, we drove so that made it easy.

Niel was great with his recommendations and kind attention.

We were unable to book in because the price as advertised is not the same as that in actual (73 vs 130 dollars. So NO

A bit more about us...

We're travel enthusiasts who have traveled through more than 40 states so far, and have stayed in quite a few properties with in-room hot tubs in the process. We know how frustrating it can be to find these highly in-demand rooms with private jacuzzi, because most search engines (including most hotel booking websites) simply don't seem to care enough to specify whether the hot tub in question is private (in-room) or in a shared area or in the bathroom.

We understand this frustration — which is why you'll find only hand-curated hotels with a verified in-room hot tub on our website. You can confirm the same via the respective photo of the hotel, clearly showing the tub placed in the room itself (or in some cases on the balcony (while still maintaining privacy), especially for oceanfront hotels).
